The memorial place is located between Brisbane and the Gold Coast. The place itself hosts a stone memorial, a soldier statue. It is actually the replica of the original which was published back in 1919.
The original version hosted in the Pimpama Uniting cemetery, which is the tribute to seven local men who were brave to sacrifice their lives in WWI. This memorial was established by AL Petrie and Son of Toowong, the most renowned masonry firm that was responsible for many WWI memorials in Queensland.
The Go Karting World is located off the M1. It is about two minutes north of the Dreamworld. You can go to the place through Brisbane, Gold Coast, or Logan Region.
This place is for an avid go-karting racer. The developer of the place built the site with a European styled International Nurburgring circuit. If you and your travel mates are fond of unique outdoor activities like this, this go-kart track will be one of the most memorable moments when you visit Pimpama.
